Refund policy

1. FINAL SALE AND AS-IS STATUS

DEXAIM DMA LLC operates as a third-party reseller. Due to the specialized nature of our hardware and the immediate delivery of digital intellectual property, all sales are final. All products, including hardware, firmware, and software, are provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without warranties of any kind regarding longevity or future compatibility.

2. LICENSE ACTIVATION & PERMANENCE

A digital license or software key is considered delivered and the contract fully performed once the activation key is sent via email or made available in your account.

  • Non-Reversible: Once delivered, digital products are non-reversible and strictly non-refundable.

  • No "Cooling-Off" Period: By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you waive any right of withdrawal (including EU/UK 14-day cancellation rights) once the digital content is made available to you.

  • Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued even if:

    • You choose not to use or activate the key.

    • Your system or DMA device is discovered to be incompatible after purchase.

    • A third-party update, game patch, or security change affects product functionality.

    • Your game account, hardware, or related software becomes restricted or banned.

3. LIMITED REPLACEMENTS (24-HOUR WINDOW)

In the exceptional event that a digital key is non-functional at the time of delivery, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, issue a replacement.

  • Reporting Window: Any claim for a defective key must be filed within 24 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be considered.

  • Procedure: Requests must be filed through our official support channels (Discord or Email) and must include your Order ID, email address, and verifiable technical evidence of the error (e.g., screenshots or logs).

  • No Guarantees: Replacements are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are never guaranteed.

4. HARDWARE PRODUCTS

Physical hardware is sold on a non-returnable basis. We do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or technical inability to operate the device.

  • Defects on Arrival (DOA): Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Verified defects will be handled via replacement of the same item, subject to manufacturer availability.

  • International Refusal: If a shipment is returned or abandoned because a customer refused to pay local import taxes/VAT, no refund will be issued.

5. CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES, AND FRAUD

DEXAIM DMA LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback for a completed order is considered fraudulent activity and will result in:

  • Permanent revocation of all licenses and immediate suspension of your account.

  • Permanent blacklisting from all DEXAIM DMA LLC and affiliated developer platforms.

  • Reporting of the incident to global fraud prevention databases and payment networks.

  • Pursuit of civil recovery for the order value plus administrative and legal costs.
