This website is operated by DEXAIM DMA LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to DEXAIM DMA LLC. DEXAIM DMA LLC offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

SECTION 1 - SCOPE OF SERVICE AND RESELLER STATUS

DEXAIM DMA LLC acts strictly as a third-party reseller. We do not manufacture, program, maintain, or develop the hardware, firmware, or software products available through our Service. All products are sourced from independent third-party manufacturers and developers.

Intended Use: All products are sold strictly for educational purposes, hardware development, and security research. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have the technical proficiency required to handle such products and that you will not use these tools for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - NO AFFILIATION

DEXAIM DMA LLC is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with any third-party software developers, game publishers, or anti-cheat service providers. All trademarks, service marks, and company names mentioned are the property of their respective owners. Our provision of third-party products does not imply any partnership with these entities.

SECTION 3 - USER RESPONSIBILITY AND CONDUCT

You are solely responsible for your conduct and the use of any hardware, firmware, or software purchased from DEXAIM DMA LLC. You agree that you will not use these products to violate any third-party terms of service or End User License Agreements (EULAs). DEXAIM DMA LLC is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use or misuse of these third-party products, including but not limited to account termination or service bans.

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND REVERSE ENGINEERING

All hardware designs, firmware, and software provided are the intellectual property of their respective original manufacturers or developers.

  • Licensing: Your purchase constitutes a license to use the firmware and software solely as intended by the original developer. No transfer of intellectual property ownership occurs.

  • Prohibitions: You expressly agree that you will not: decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any firmware or software; attempt to derive the source code; or create derivative works based on the products.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account so that we can complete your transactions as needed.

SECTION 6 - INTERNATIONAL SALES AND EXPORT CONTROLS

You acknowledge that products sold by DEXAIM DMA LLC are subject to the export control laws of the United States. You represent that you are not located in a sanctioned nation (including but not limited to Russia, Belarus, Iran, or North Korea) and are not a prohibited party under US law. You agree not to re-export or transfer products in violation of these laws.

SECTION 7 - IMPORTER OF RECORD AND CUSTOMS

For all international orders, you act as the Importer of Record. DEXAIM DMA LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or import fees. You acknowledge that all import-related charges are your sole responsibility. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a returned shipment will be subject to restocking fees as outlined in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 - WAIVER OF WITHDRAWAL (DIGITAL CONTENT)

By completing a purchase for digital products (Firmware and Software), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract upon delivery of the digital key or initiation of the download. You acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal provided under applicable global consumer protection laws (including EU/UK 14-day cooling-off periods) once the digital content is made available to you.

SECTION 9 - TECHNICAL SUPPORT LIMITATIONS

Our technical support is strictly limited to logistical assistance regarding order fulfillment and basic hardware connectivity. Because we do not develop the firmware or software, we cannot provide deep-level technical troubleshooting or assistance with bypassing specific third-party security measures.

SECTION 10 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Certain content, products, and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

SECTION 11 - ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Hardware, firmware, and software in the Direct Memory Access (DMA) vertical are complex and carry inherent risks. You assume all risk regarding the installation and operation of these products. DEXAIM DMA LLC shall not be liable for any damage to your computer system or peripheral hardware resulting from the use or installation of third-party products.

SECTION 12 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE.' AS A RESELLER, DEXAIM DMA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO CASE SHALL DEXAIM DMA LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, or state regulations; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others; or (d) to interfere with the security features of the Service.
